What do you do in your role at CHN?
As Head of People, I’m proud to be responsible for our firm’s most valuable asset, its people. This involves overseeing performance and development, wellbeing, recruitment, acquisitions, and all other people related activities. Being a member of the Board, I am also well placed to ensure that consideration of our People remains a key focus across all decisions reached.
What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
The most rewarding element of my role is seeing members of the team achieve their work goals. We’ve had some great successes across the business.
What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
Running! After what can only be described as a wine fuelled mistake, I have registered for a marathon.
If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
Coming up with great things to say when our Marketing Manager asks for words to put on the website.
Where would you be right now if you had zero obligations and money didn’t matter?
Switzerland. Re-living my honeymoon.
What’s on your bucket list?
My wife tells me that we need to get a camper van and travel, fortunately that is one thing we agree on!
