What do you enjoy most about the work you do?

The variety. Every day brings in its new challenges and there is always something different for me to get stuck into.

What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, and what did you learn from it?

Not to rush things. Look to take my time and then it will be done correctly the first time.

What advice would you give to your teenage self?

There are always going to be hurdles and stumbling blocks- it's how you overcome these.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?

Trying to run more regularly - Keyword 'trying'

What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?

Factor 50 sun cream, after sun, umbrella - I'm definitely burning!
