After finishing university and a brief spell as a corporate video editor, I began working in the hospitality industry. Here I gained valuable knowledge in administration procedures and customer service which I brought to CHN when I joined in April 2014.

Areas of Expertise

I am the first point of contact for all clients who visit or phone CHN. As well as my reception responsibilities I work for the partners typing their dictations and any client letters after their meetings, creating and updating clients on our system.

Interesting Fact

I completed a 48 hour charity event where we had to get as far away from Bedford as possible on foot with no money. We somehow managed to reach France!
